Refund policy
Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days from the date on which zebustore receives returned goods. Through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the bank account from which it was paid.
Shipping & Delivery
We strive to deliver products purchased from zebustore in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. For all purchases within India, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost for orders above Rs.500. Shipping charges will be applicable for all orders to be delivered outside India.
- If the order is cancelled, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges.
- If you cancel part of the order, forward shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Returns are only possible if your claim is approved by us after being reviewed by our staff. For returns, you may need to fill out a Google form and attach images of the product received, invoice copy, and return reason for us to validate. Google form link can we viewed in return policy page. For any returns, return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
